Funds to build second factory. Develop capacity to exploit OEM contracts/JVs opportunities which will provide the cashflow required to underpin the aggressive expansion of Vmoto scooters. I hope.
I think the most important message out of all the HC chat is that whatever happens the rationale for the CR needs to be strategic and throughly explained. And perhaps some opportunity for existing shareholder buyin.
