I can't see court action being the way to go when deal is up to a shareholder vote and any revised deal will be as well, unless you can prove some sort of illegality or underhanded trading and good luck with that - I am sure the lawyers will happily take your money for as long as it needs to. As I have said before this is totally different to MMK where the injunction was brought by a shareholder of MMK who believed the takeover was not good for MMK and obviously didn't go to a shareholder vote. The funny thing is that at the time many on hc did not believe that Elena even existed and whole thing was a ruse but now we have people wanting to start their own action.
