    I reckon it will be at end of June but before then there may be further announcements on JV set up, Agent sign up partners (telcos, banks or whoever). By definition beta is a testing phase, but would not be surprised to see C and W involved through Movil Cash agents as beta market in Panama market. Purely speculating here.
