Hi Rosie, Yes my comments re MMK are an irrelevant response. I think my eyes glazed over when I saw this post quoted again, but my response was because it had previously been asked about possible legal action like which thwarted the doomed MMK bid.
Anyway the rest of my response re legal action stands. Proposal is to be voted on by shareholders and if there are enough that vote yes then perhaps they know more than I, whichever way majority rules and legal action would seem a bit strange - do the yes voters take legal action if No gets up? If Yes vote gets up I will wait for some response from company as to what happens then, however would probably sell on any (hopeful) spike and get out - lifes too short.
I agree with your comments that a yes vote will see us in limbo for years anyway - unfortunately that is too true.
