Yes, poor countries need supply. But market price is still set relative to global macroeconomics. Even if south africa needed 10 morr kangalas it isnt much use if the global price dipped to 40 a tonne. if our prices were set irrelevant to global supply demand prices, sure.NOt to mention our proposed export sales, small. But still a factor.

If the movement against coal falls into thr back of minds in a yr time you will of course be rewarded handsomely buying at lows now.
