There is a reason China and Russia are buying gold hand over fist and it's not because everyone wants to look like Mr T. Holding at these levels will stop the likelyhood of too much hedging giving control back to the manipulators. If hedging remains low it could be the end of the game. If the big Dow correction happens it will be interesting to see how much investment inflow goes to gold. There will be a big takedown attempt between now and October lets just hope nobody falls for it.
