clearly anything like that needs to be evidence-based.
I think Vocus or whoever in the t/o battle over in Perth did something similar where they sold their 10% of the target they held, (and could not vote) to institutions who could vote, and would vote in favour of the t/o.
But you are alluding to what I think is some "association" (a game-changer") - quite different.
