I think the current incumbent is doing a fine job, no need to seek a replacement. Perhaps he and the team just need a bit of a hand as they have been thrown into the proverbial limelight and they are currently being engaged by some sophisticated and well disciplined corporate operators. I have already made some suggestions in that space in a previous post. I will repost my previous post if you can't find it.
