    Just did a placement with merck and CHF taking most the stock...merck is a massive german biotech...wouldnt be suprised if they tookover cxs

    Very good buying for spp...beleive you only need to buy $500 worth and you are eligible to buy 5k worth at 42c... currently trading at 60c
