There is a problem with governance of this company. In this case the majority of the shareholders have been kept in the dark on the directions the company is taking. Management has not followed up on various announcements. Even if the terms have not been what was expected, the shareholders have a right to know. What is the company doing? What are the alternatives?
Yes management may be able to secure additional funds elsewhere to support their on going endeavour. Management need to give shareholders cause to support the company. By keeping silent is as bad as non disclosure of certain material information. I can tell from the posts that many shareholders are turning away in dismay. Sad to say there is starting to have a smell about the whole thing unless management comes clear. Why can't management tell shareholders in general instead of private briefings.? As it is, everyone is guessing of what is going on.
