Buddy, the big concern would be the government launching a T/O. This would be the 'cheapest' way to 'compensate' MEL. Launch a T/O at 12c, conditional on 50% acceptance. once they get to 50% and that would be easy considering hedge funds would get involved, they can get MEL to drop all action and the company then becomes worthless for the people who have held out.
