There will never be a sensible debate in the current environment. Policy is almost completely driven by "what ever it takes" to stay in power. What is really frustrating is that the required changes (many of which are mentioned) are obvious and not that difficult but Governments, both current and past, lack the political will and courage to make them. Super gets caught up in this political mess. With the failure to address the revenue issue, super will remain in the firing line.
