Sorry my bad, I meant the acquisition notice with Noor, not of Noor and I didn't read the attached notice as I was just scanning.
But to further investigation the 25/5 notice it mentions that any acquisition will be "difficult to complete and as such unlikely to occur prior to the end date", that doesn't say it is over but yet.... the trading halt and subsequent suspension notice do not outrule the LOI with NOOR by any mention of it and if it is to be released within the next 48 hours would probably be lead to believe it is to the negative if it is.
It may be lovely to shareholders that this suspension was due to anything else but don't rule it out.
