I would still prefer to know the in's & out's of the lease nego'! Concerning viability of the plant to meet expectations, I don't see even a question as to it's performance @ present. The plant was upgraded & I thought refurbished just prior to mothballing. Was recently refurbished (big time I thought)immediately prior to commissioning.
What's the problem/s people envisage?
