Ann: Funding and Update, page-19

On the one hand Optiscan is paying big money for a short term loan. About 125K (1M shares plus 15%) for the use of 500K for 6 months.
On the other hand they have managed to find people with enough belief in the company to underwrite a share issue at 5c for nothing but options at twice the current price.
That must mean there are people out there who believe that Optiscan will turn the corner very soon and that that 5c is a bargain. Gotta give Gus credit for this one. Not sure where he found those suckers but it does make me feel happier.
