I think Arsenic's post was in reply to the question about whether Pybar are operating the plant. In that context it simply means that Pybar is the mining contractor and not the plant operator.

Anyway, I posted some time back about my observation on share action identifying an iceberg seller. IMHO that seller was taken out with a big offmarket transaction of 3.5m shares some time back, as I recall.

IMHO since then there has been an accumulator who has been capping the price. If I'm correct once this accumulator has met their target or got their full then the capping will cease and true value might start to be reached.

I'm using this opportunity to accumulate more as well. Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm punting to win because the share action indicates the odds are in my favour. DYOR though.
