why do Indonesians deserve answers? because we sent a boat load of people back? how many have they sent towards Australia? how much is that costing the taxpayer per year? Personally i think paying off the smugglers is a great idea, the economic immigrants will stop going to the smugglers knowing that they will just take their money and Australian money to take them back. so now the smugglers are out of work and the "asylum" seekers are stuck in Indonesia. too bad so sad.
have you seen what is happening all across Europe the last few years? the huge amounts of immigrants coming in and messing up the place? just there for government welfare, healthcare and housing. And to spread their backasswards religions and morals, their ethnic and tribal issues and last but not least a massive amount of crime.
