The content of the ugly HC article is so bullish. The market must not believe the claims that are being made. Namely:
"The Chinese Government has shown its intent to the Alliance partners to utilize TARA TV"

Two people in adjacent houses watching the same film can receive different adverts."
Now buying under bloody 1c is a gift imo (lol).
