Think Childcare and Education (ASX:TNK) has been granted an ASX trading halt in connection with up to four potential acquisitions that are still undergoing negotiations.
The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement being made or the start of trading on Thursday, 18th June 2015.
TNK operates 30 long-day care centres, 28 in Victoria and two in New South Wales.
It has also entered into management agreements in relation to 17 externally-owned centres for which it is paid management fees.
The company potentially has an opportunity to acquire these centres.
