I think Mark Pallisters letter to shareholders upon QTK relisting was an honest assessment of his belief in the company.....

The following comment is not intended to have a cheap shot at you perfectstage but to question MP's motives as to why he would want to build up the business and sell it off really highlights just how little you understand the market. A takeover especially if there is more than 1 bidder is generally a great outcome for shareholders.
However realistically a takeover of QTK will not be on the agenda for at least 18 months to 2 years and possibly longer imo!

You highlight that i am stressing? Rather i would say i am disappointed and annoyed with the shareprice. However i can afford to hold for as long as it takes. MP and the board are very smart and know how to attract interest into the company if it suited them, for some reason that time is not yet............

Questions need to be answered, for example 1) How many transponders will be delivered by Warderley from the $70 million HKD contract? 2) What are the financing arrangments with Warderley, ie is it a line of credit arrangement as is rumoured? 3) Long overdue profit forecasts......

When i first invested in QTK in October 05 the stock had great momentum. The Thorney group thought the stock represented great value at 35cps. Some believe the Thorney placement was a fabrication but i dont subscribe to that theory at all. The reason we are at 17.5cps now is that the mud has stuck to the company due to the MP affair and there have been significant delays in the China installation.

Not all of us were lucky enough to backpeddle out of our investments ala Thorney! Although there have been a few opportunities for me to exit since October with a profit i still have faith in the potential of the business and am prepared to hold for as long as it takes.
