I have been picking up ARW shares in the last month as a diversity out of TOP.
So I know what the market maker has been doing.
They have been holding the SP down, at every opportunity, and hardly letting any shares go.
Why? Well my theory is that Thorney is after Cadence1's mentioned 22% shareholding [Ligane Corp ?]at give away prices.
The market maker could have the SP much higher than $00.09 if they so wished.
So the announcement could be more---- woe is the company---- type deal.
