US listing

Not sure if someone has already mentioned this but I just had a eureka moment!

BACKGROUND:
There was a recent announcement that Alexium is in final negotiations with a US company for a "co-branding and licensing agreement".

This US company "has multiple finishing facilities in the U.S. and provides finishing treatments including FR to fabric producers in markets from transportation, construction, and medical to apparel, military and home furnishings."


MY SPECULATION:
As many have mentioned that the SP is currently not where it needs to be to meet the requirements of listing on the NYSE, here's what I think may be brewing.

AJX co-brands their product with the US company, who is either already listed on the NYSE or will list on the NYSE. And THEY being a US company, provide the DOD with the AJX product.

This way, the SP of the ASX listed AJX doesn't need to be touched, but they can still list on the NYSE as a US company. If they're already listed on the NYSE, they MAY list as a separate company under the brand of Alexium's FR product, whilst still being owned by the parent company in the US.


Sorry if the wording isn't clear but isn't this completely plausible? If not, why not?
