This round of presentations has nothing to do with a CR. The directors are major shareholders who want to see the company's valuation increase before the mine financing stage as there will be an equity component of up to 35% of the amount needed (~$50 million). The exposure created by this roadshow will aim for on market purchases by new investors especially as news of milestones streams over the coming months.

Major de-risking is happening in the next few months meaning Kibaran shouldn't continue being priced as an explorer but as a 2016 producer. As Pav points out, this sets us apart from the big promises of some of our peers. We're within 12-18 months of producing for legit customers.
