It will trade on both exchanges. Only difference is the US public and hedge funds will be able to buy it much easier so the NASDAQ may start leading the price assuming they have good relative volume. As of right now the ASX leads the price. BTEBY has like no volume whatsoever but if for some reason it went up 20% in a day on high volume 200-300k volume I am assuming ASX would follow suit like it was doing the last pump.
