IMHO this buyside pressure is coming from US investors.
They are buying the ADRs. I think there are not trades there.
The US investors CAN buy on market ASX - they just do it through intermediaries.
The Walmart full rollout has probably derisked YOW sufficiently to give the US investors confidence to purchase.
This buying momentum is constant and meaningful volume.
In my experience, when the Yanks want in - they just buy, buy, buy.
And when they want out - hang on to your shirt.
