Remember that 691 million shares were added in Feb/March this year. Some of this is being sold off to arrange for free carry or nice little 60 percent profit at today's close. Once all these that are going to be sold have been disposed off then we will see some higher price. Especially if the Great Bear comes in and farmin partner is announced.
