My rough calcs from the presso are as follows:
Av contract gross income at $765
CL8 net income at 38% of this = $294
Rental bookings to date* at 4,850
*Do these bookings include extensions?
If not net income to date would be 4,850 x $294 = $1.426m
If 25% extensions included in above stat then 3,638 x $294 = $1.07m
If 50% extensions include in above stat then 2,425 x $294 = $713k
Please correct me if I’m wrong but these figures are pretty good at this early stage.
