i think what happens is that a date is set then you go to court and the judge reads out the judgement.
not sure how much notice is given. it could be a couple of weeks notice.
i am only going by a few cases i have followed over the years so i maybe right or i maybe wrong. lmao
but when it is all said and done J Stanley will hand down his judgement when he is ready.
if there is a bright side to all this anticipation i don't think that our case is very complicated so hopefully we don't have to wait too long.
also because i think our case is not complicated i am not concerned by a possible appeal from quasar.
quasar may appeal but i think it would quickly be dismissed.
disclaimer: i am a biased ags shareholder. lmao
good to see the spot price ticking up again.

there is an expectation that the first japanese reactor start-up will happen in around 6 weeks. it could put a rocket under uranium stocks.
