Perhaps you should wait for the next sale or quarterly, whichever comes first before you start slashing?
Though if they can not make money at 08 ( which had about 9 times their average grade ) you would have to wonder if they will ever show a profit.

But back on to that very low average grade (10.68 cphm), I wonder why they are still persevering when mines in Angola with much better grades have been shut down and abandoned?
