Yes I see how that could confuse you if you read it literally, but you missed the 'silent' "currently" before dying and the 'silent' "but we all believe that is about to change" after deathhhhhhhh.

We have gone from the high 50s down to the low 20s but that's cool since we are going to be over $1 before you can recite the bible backwards.
