So much information and so little understanding. If you knew anything about materials you would know the type of silicon required is NOT cheaper than graphite. Furthermore have a look at the reports from all the major developers of silicon-lithium cells for WHEN THEY think they will be able start penetrating the market for batteries for vehicles and stationary storage. Pathetic.
