    I would assume C Marshall as he & the other directors who sued for defamation are the only ones I believe EGO is taking to court for recovery of the funds used to pay the guy..... "That lawyer" who at one stage was also a "director" & I assume didn't come cheap that had correspondence with all of us for either the 249d or worse the defamation against you guys. I wonder if the same guy is again working for CM????? Only this time it would be out of CM's own pocket!
