    I think you are all ignoring the obvious.
    there will be no revenue from POC1 sales until 2017 at best.
    This is why management raised an extra $1million.They know they will need the money they have at the moment.
    This is also why they are no longer talking about a acquisition.
    They can't afford it.

    All in my considered opinion of course!
