As we watch this all progress it seems poc1 if it is phillips has no reason whatsoever to allow the facts out. If it stays under wraps and assuming there is no sudden earnings boost out of nowhere the sp just keeps drifting down like now. Eventually when they have verified everything and ado sp os at its lowest possible price they can then just buy it out instead of pay never ending royalties? They might even get a bonus battery company to power it lol when they do buy. At what point would they ever decide to allow an announcement other than that they are buying the company?
