KAL does not have ownership of Burey....KAL will have stock in Burey, or the listed entity that springs out of Burey. I'm not sure, but I think this stock will be distributed to KAL shareholders.
KAL is effectively selling its uranium interests to Burey...Burey is an entirely different entity to KAL.
