Secondly, if you dig deeper you will see that PDN is marginally profitable at a spot price of 35 (BTW Jan 16 is now 37.45 so I think the bottom was set in at 35) - you have not dug deep enough to understand that. You are not factoring in cost savings going forwards but are factoring in one off write offs - a very simplistic approach you take that leads to your massive inaccuracies and erroneous conclusions.

At a spot price of 40, it will in a state of good profitability and the higher the spot price goes the more profitable this beast will become. $10.50 here we come.
