concur with your thoughts !
the share buy-back was a token effort imho .....
the stock (as you said) is very very thin .......so anyone that wants to sell - will move the market .......as with Austin - they do offer medium term value .....
there will clearly be additional pressure on margins in contracting ......(as more of the larger players move down the $amount of contracts - to win new work)
i'm a backfoot buyer !
