They were sold off-market for 2 cents "cash" (to non-director). Maybe they are just a "little less attractive" after the cap.return. Vote of confidence by the buyer who may be up for 13.13 cents.
Begs the question why not one director is selling shares, but two. On lookers now becoming a little suspicious of volume.
