here is an interesting little situation that has been developing over the last few weeks and has all just exploded.
uranium energy corp. (uec) has been on a big promotional campaign and they really haven't got much to back themselves except 4000 pounds of inventory which is the equivalent to (probably) not even 12 hours of four mile production.
a lot of punters got all excited at the recent heavily promoted 80,000 lb uec uranium sale but it looks like a lot of people forgot to do their research regarding the rather desperate state that uec is actually in.
now a couple of aggressive short sellers have jumped in with their own short sell promotion and whamo.
before getting smashed uec had a market cap of about 10 times that of ags with 4000 lbs of uranium inventory and the very real possibility that what is happening to era atm could sort of happen to uec.
now the funny thing is that an aggressive lawyer (only in america lol) wants to come to the rescue of the shareholders with an investigation of uec. lmao
now it gets even funnier because it looks like the lawyers announcement is pushing the share price down even further. lmao
maybe the uec board will fire back and take action against these lawyers.
the facts are that everything is extensively detailed in the uec quarterlies etc. including a massive amount of cautionary notes. in fact the uec quarterlies are brilliant for detail. all you need to do is do your bloody homework. lmao
