fish finger sarnie / sandwich
cut one fish fillet into small fillets
Encrust in dry rice flour or crushed cornflakes
Fry in 3 mm of oil
On a slice of bread
Coat with a layer of tartare sauce
A couple of piece of the fish
And ‘some’ of the following:
a splash of tomato sauce
a few small pieces of dill
one slice gherkin
a teaspoon of cappers
and a handful of salad greens
