The Envirro Platform works, it's the collapse in the oil price that's thrown a spanner in the works.
Most lifestyle boards would put the Envirro platform growth on hold as they have and then just ride out the oil price slump for the next 2-3 yrs draw salaries and maintain their ownership.
The only reason to act now and introduce a new deal so soon is to try restore value to the business without waiting or being reliant on an oil price resurgence and I think this would have to come at the insistence of major shareholders who would have put money in at $1 and would be unwilling to wait 2-3yrs to see the oil price recover
