Ive posted 2 snapshots (2-3 weeks separation) of the buy and sell orders where the average size of an HZN order is variously 7000 and 11000 share s on both sides of the transaction- trivial numbers .
I dont have much doubt that the register is riddled with newbie holders who are nervous nellies and bale at the first sign of trouble (e.g. the POO) and even more agressively at any sign of their company being in potential trouble( e.g
a massive fall in the HZN SP).
Such a register,in an industry such as O and G, is easy game for those desirous of jerking the SP around to their own ends. The company can pour oil on the water (by issuing a announcement/presentation) but that can backfire on them in a number of ways. Damned if you do,damned if you dont.
Im sure that there is a lot of order splitting being done here e.g. splitting a 100.000 parcel into,say,10 components by those trying to drive the SP up,and down.Such operatives dont usually pay brokerage,or do it with a sweetheart deal with somebody that doesnt.
