Sales rights is all AGS is attempting to get!

Atm AGS has the Reduction process in place.

Hopefully IF AGS wins sales rights, then the Reduction Process can be addressed but if we only have the Reduction Process or 15% from December 2015 then the sales rights turns out a shallow win imo.

In your post you say this Court Action should have been actioned when the M&D C Matter was started or around that time?.

Well, Moseley has posted that AGS couldn't sell ACE, way back when, because of the Sales Rights issue. imo

Heres a point to consider, back then obviously they did not have a leg to stand on as to change from any Agreement they had entered into with the JVA or any Sales and Marketing Agreement. imo I'm no legal person though.

They now have been presented with a reason/avenue to contest the Agreement/s via the recent actions of H/Q in relation to the Stockpiling and its subsequent effect on AGS's cash position. imo

I don't know one way or the other which way a decision will go based on the Law.

Signed Contracts/Agreements hold (most) water in any JV. imo Whats been signed away!?. imo That's the 64 dollar question!

On another note I get a laugh out of this Dragoman setup imo they have been advising AGS along the way and have received upwards of 1m plus to date. I have deduced that from the posts written from our Court attendees. Look at the situation we have ended up in from possibly the advice received.

As a Holder I have to see the funny side of all this otherwise I'd end up mental. imo

With the poster who believes the result from the upcoming Court matter is cut dried and whose posts amuse me I'm starting to think he is would be an asset to Dragoman considering their success for us so far.!

By that you can tell I don't appreciate what dragoman has offered in regard to my Holdings and contributions to the C Raises which has paid for their advice.

The way things are shaping up I'm going to have some good advice for our Directors soon and it wont cost them a cent. lol !. imo
