I think your first question was the most salient one and way beyond the ability/ desire of posters to answer (given what i've seen to date). As to the other two. It certainly doenst behove the Bond holders for teh SP to fall this far and the combination of cashflow and borrowing capaciaty should take them out ofd the equation. the last one is wishful thinking. the kind of thing a CEO would say when his merger has come adrift badly. Given all of that I still retain full confidence in Brent Emmett and senior managemnt. Not least because they ahve got a lot of their own wealth tied up in the stock (Aka skin in the game). So for every bit of punishment I take. they get it in a magnified manner.

So I beg the holders who are more vociferous detractors to take the pain. You wanted to speculate on the stock, implicity being able to handle the downside. Now show some steel and don't bleat when managment show some.
