I wonder how long this Datetix deal has been in planning? and who is behind it? Deutsche bank Hong Kong branch have been building up a stake since February, and Datetix is Hong Kong based.

So Deutsche Bank have become a SH, UBS have bought more and Ryder Capital have sold none.
