The only thing that gives me a bit of comfort is the fact that our sly politicians are bringing in 190000 migrants every year instead than the usual 70000.... That should keep the market crowded and improve their property portfolios... But at the same time our roads are jammed...hospitals and schools are full...but who cares...let,s make more money...

Bring in 300.000 migrants per year or more especially rich ones, and the Real Estate boom will go on forever ! No busts just a minor dip now and again! Real estate will be the driver of our economy for fifty years or more
