Grabbed a few on the close. When this announcement came out I was trying to free up cash to get some whilst it was under 0.60 but it moved too quickly. Worth a punt with the chance of details coming out soon. Maybe even an announcement tomorrow morning. I would think since Freedom Foods Group is a shareholder already in the company that the DD process would have a good chance of going smoothly, as I would expect they did their DD before investing in the company. Anyway, i'll be doing some proper research into this company now, before deciding whether to increase, hold or sell. Just wanted to be in for now
