Goldphyre Resources (ASX:GPH) is preparing to release capital raising details, with the ASX granted the company a trading halt to prepare.
The company has several projects, including the wholly-owned Lake Wells potash project in Western Australia.
The next steps at Lake Wells are to drill test the potassium grades of the brine, and other characteristics of the aquifer.
The halt will last until the opening of trade on Wednesday 24th June 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
