In light of WUC's current trading, a NEW offer must in my opinion be adjusted to current WUC share price of $3.00

BLR Shareholders now require an exchange of 486 BLR shares per WUC to which would realign with the original offer of $0.00617 per share





  486BLR Shares per 1 WUC is the only partially accepted low ball offer that BLR Holders should consider
