Yes the timing is insulting given the value will increase exponentially. I've given up understanding why ASX listed biotech companies continue to undersell themselves despite putting out presentations that say they are way undervalued compared to their peers. This IPO should be a significant premium. Instead they are giving away 40% of the company at current prices.
